I applied online and received an interview invitation about a month later. The interview scheduling process was somewhat unusual, as the manager asked me to come in person to arrange the interview rather than scheduling it through messages or email.
The interview itself went well, and I was told that I would receive an update within a few days to a week. However, I did not hear back after the interview. I followed up twice regarding my application status and was told that I would receive a call back because the manager was busy, but I never received any further communication.
I understand that hiring decisions can take time and that managers have many responsibilities. However, I would have appreciated a final update or closure regarding the outcome of my application.

Do you have experiece, working with busy enviroment?
My interview process was pretty quick and simple- no more than 20 minutes. I was interviewed by the assistant manager and the general manager and it was mostly standard behavioral questions.
Asking about your previous experience and avaibility. It was easy in general, though they are opening more dates throughout the weeks, seeking job would be more easy if you got the experience
