The process was include the following steps: 1. First phone interview 2. Technical interview with the team lead and VP R&D 3. Technical interview with the the CTO 4. Interview with HR 5. Integrity test (drugs etc) with the polygraph I've declined the offer because they wanted to perform a polygraph test despite the fact they suggested to remove it after the team lead was talked with me again after the HR interview.
