Interview
A very easy process for young people like myself. Straight to the point and will tell you what is expected of you if you are hired. They will also explain what the training is like and will help you gauge if you are an adequate swimmer for the job.
Very straightforward and easy. All they really ask of you is where you would like to work. The actual training is what determines whether you get the job or not.

It was a very informal interview. Just one on one with a supervisor. If you just try and show that you care they will hire you. It was about 10 mins long.
