The interview was held via Teams, I was an internal hire, transitioning from clinical to admin. Two phone calls with a recruiter and then with the hiring manager. Simple questions and didn't take too long. Was asked about how well I can work autonomously and without direct supervision, how well can I stick to policy, and how well I can make decisions and have difficult conversations.
