Interviewed first at college career fair, then was emailed for on-site after a few days. Interviewed on-site with two managers, mostly asked your background, your experience/project, what you have done in terms of software development.
Very easy and down to earth. They treat you with respect and work with you during the process. I had 2 total interviews and they were both online. ADP is looking for young and inspiring people to join their culture.
Three rounds, your regional recruiter will reach out to you for a screening call, then there's an interview with the VP or your future SE, then there's a final confirmation call.

Interview process was 2 rounds, behavioral and technical, the process was really simple and easy to understand what they were asking, associates cared about what I had to say and also had a lot to say about their job as well.
