Phone screening, and in person interviews just to get to know you. The people were extremely nice and gave me a great feel for the company. They laid out exactly what my position entailed. It was really nice talking with them.
Very easy and down to earth. They treat you with respect and work with you during the process. I had 2 total interviews and they were both online. ADP is looking for young and inspiring people to join their culture.
Three rounds, your regional recruiter will reach out to you for a screening call, then there's an interview with the VP or your future SE, then there's a final confirmation call.

Interview process was 2 rounds, behavioral and technical, the process was really simple and easy to understand what they were asking, associates cared about what I had to say and also had a lot to say about their job as well.
