3rd round -they said its VP Round but a operations manager took .4 minutes calls and the worst interview I ever had ,didnot even asked anything ,took interview to reject .

Me postulé a través de LinkedIn, la reclutadora se comunico conmigo por wpp para coordinar una entrevista (llamada) donde me preguntó mis expectativas y me comentó lo que ADP buscaba. Coordinamos una entrevista para el día siguiente está vez por videollamada y me hizo preguntas un poco más técnicas, ese mismo día coordinamos una entrevista con el team manager. Luego de eso silencio...y silencio...y silencio. Me enviaron otro wpp diciendo que me seguían considerando pero luego de nuevo silencio. Me comunique yo para consultar que había sucedido y finalmente me avisaron que no había quedado. El proceso de entrevistas fue rápido, lo que tardo fue la respuesta final.

Interview
-recruitment is efficient & fosters a happy to help atmosphere
-typical HR interview questions during initial interview
-final interview is more on situational questions
-focus is on how you approach problems/difficult situations
CONS:
-not a 1 day hiring process - you need to go back & forth for the initial, final, and the job offer
-i had fellow candidates who waited for hours before they were called in for their final interview
-during the Job Offer, I was a bit stumped because part of it is undergoing an exam without any bearing to to your standing
