three interviews, by HR BP, HR Director, Operation Director. 1 on 1 interview, talked about the difficulty of the job, the re-org situation, explained the team structure and expectations. Interview with HR BP was very weird, no interview skills and dressed very informally.

Incredibly swift. Superb communication. Both the telephone and face to face interviews were more on the informal side which put me at my ease.

Questions around Key Stakeholder Management. These are to be expected, however they are difficult to answer if the interviewer is looking for a cultural or specific industry fit, especially if you are not aware of what autonomy you'll have regards such control.
