There were 3 rounds. Recruiter screening, video interview and in person interview. Never heard anything back after the in person interview. No rejection or offer. I find it just odd/unprofessional to ghost someone. It’s fine if they chose someone else but at least have the courtesy to say so. The staff did seem very friendly and down to earth in all the conversations. There were a couple of behavioral questions but other than that it was mostly conversational.
