I did a video interview of the same three questions on the portal. I didn’t even get the job after putting my blood sweat and tears into those videos, with cinematic lighting and a green screen background to complete

I got rejected based on my resume. It maybe because I do not have experience here in Australia. For newbie like us it’s difficult to get job without experience or reference

Group interview, no real opportunity to show you’re unique unless you’re willing to speak over everyone else. Lasted 45 minutes with a maths test which involved big multiplications questions. No name tags for them to remember and only mention your name once in a short quick fire round

First you greet the Area Manager and then sit down and do a 5 minute Maths test, relatively simple but it includes percentages, fractions and mental maths without a calculator so get practicing, roughly 12 questions and then it goes into a formal interview, with questions.

All online, starts with a thorough application form, once reviewed and approved you are sent a link to carry out a pre recorded video interview, each question is timed and once you've recorded you're answer you cant re=record. then submit and wait to hear back.

a lot of steps but can be removed from process at anytime, in person group interview was rushed and finished before eta given in email, feel as thought one on one interviews should be considered done before group ones

quick at responding, had to do an online physical examination interview was just per usual nothing too extravagant, also asked about how much notice needs to be given to current employer and when i could start there

online application then group interview with small math test as well but nothing too difficult then individual interview - mostly standard questions about past experiences, strengths, weaknesses and availability etc.

I made it all the way to the "store experience" where I met the store manager and he very much gave the impression that I had the job however after this I was rejected with no reason given. The whole process in total took over a month and they give zero feedback as to why you have been rejected don't waste your time.
