My original company was purchased by AMN. I do want to say that I was told that this company wanted to hire experienced recruiters whom this was a professional career. Let me say that they may want to hire experienced recruiters but they will not pay for your experience. I am a recruiter with 10 years experience have generated in over a $1M in revenue but I was paid the same as a new grad fresh out of college. Alert Professionals do not work here-you will not be rewarded for your contacts or knownledge.

Interview
I had actually applied for another position, but they had filled up. The recruiter Andrea still stayed in constant contact with me so when another position opened, I was able to interview for it right away. I am in my 5th day of training right now and everything has been great. Truly an enjoyable experience so far.

Interview
The interview started with a phone screen with a Talent Acquisition Recruiter. She then coordinated an onsite interview to meet with the Directors and the final stage was a phone interview with the VP.

Very thorough, to the point. Interviewed with 2 of the Directors who were really great to talk with and made the interview process smooth. Def want to be on top of your game and let your previous work shine through during the interview process.
