First, a women ask me about some background. then ask me why you want to do this. Quite simple questions. after this, she told me we need to do a test for you. Trader test. I think there is some problem with it. you need to use your real money and I think it can not be returned.

Went for interview with my foreign friend . Please beware .
Immediately asked my friend to enter credit card details in first 5 mins of interview ( said it was part of collecting information ) to open trading account . Company looks makeshift . Doesn't look credible .

Interview
This month I have gone received a call and went through the interview it was very frank. You have to trade with your own money at their affiliate broker AVA Trade with a minimum of $500. The HR mentioned after a month you will be brought aboard the company if you pass. 3 months probation as a Junior Trader and would progress after. A friend of mine who had the interview mentioned he had a track record but they still required my friend to go trade his own money as the trading test. I had to think about the offer.
