Apply online and have to do the quiz. If they happy with your answers, you will be called for interview with store manager. No stressful interview. Mostly they will ask about yourself. They will ask the questions about your view in customer services.
Straight forward, interviewed for all roles available, asked which positions I would prefer and why I believed I was suited for such positions, if I was comfortable with working early morning hours etc.

Was a very casual chat to get an idea of who I was rather than a full on bombardment of difficult questions. Was essentially offered a job on the spot.
