I received a call from the head of HR and had a quick phone interview to determine if my qualifications met the company needs. I was then brought in for a face-to-face interview and was given the rundown of the company and what they were looking for in an employee for this position, The interview was professional but had a relaxed feel to it, which was very inviting.
