Interview
Applied through school's careerlink, received email a week or so later asking to set up phone interview. First round was with outside hiring firm, basic behavioral questions about firm. Second round was with AT&T recruiter, again asking behavioral and "why AT&T" questions. Third round was at local branch with regional sales manager. This one was much more informal, with me basically asking him questions about life on the job.

Interview
I applied online after my resume was sent to a recruiter by one of my professors. I had two rounds of interviews, the first being a 30-45 min webcam behavioral interview with a 1 minute sales role play. The second interview was a 30 min sales role play and via webcam, followed by about 15 min of behavioral questions.
