They contact you through a zoom call not showing their face but seeing yours . Then after all that they dont even have the decency to reply to your emails . Definitely needs fixing in HR dept. If you are a person of colour forget this lot. They ain't interested.

Applied via recruitment agency. First interview was an initial screening interview by Human Resources. Second interview was face to face with would-be direct manager and colleague. Final interview was with same and managing director.
