Easy not that difficult , Their HR called and asked different question which were basic and easy . It was a telephonic interview, and lasted for ten to fifteenth minutes only ,and only have one round .

It was a telephonic interview and very good to go with, the questions asked were easy, very supportive and effective staff, easy to cop of with, no much work pressure by seniors.
its a scam foundation and works like network marketing only. if you are thinking of getting into the ngo...don't. the interview process consists of nothing but just introduction. its a whole scam scam scam scam scam scam scam scam scam scam don't trust
