The interview process is pretty simple, it is based on the STAR system or the situation/task, action and results. These are behavioral questions design for you to use your previous experiences to answer. Always important to provide as many details as possible and talk about your specific actions.
The interview process was really good. The interviewer was very welcoming. He explained in detail what it is they do and how the manufacturing process was performed. Also, he explained all the job requirements in detail and answered all my questions.
