The interview process had three rounds in total.
• Round 1 (Telephonic): Basic HR discussion about my background, skills, and preferred location — straightforward and easy.
• Round 2 (Technical): The interviewer joined 15 minutes late without apology and asked basic project and scenario-based questions — again, quite simple.
• Round 3 (Technical Discussion): More of a casual conversation about the opportunity and its scope, not much technical depth.
The overall experience, however, was extremely disappointing. The entire process took around 40 days, with no proper communication unless I followed up several times.
In the end, despite all rounds going smoothly, I was rejected with a generic statement saying they were moving ahead with another candidate — no specific feedback, no explanation, and no transparency.
This reflected a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for candidates’ time. Overall, a very poor hiring experience.
