Interview
Well i first started out by filling out the digital application in the store and selected a date for my group interview. I arrived 15 minutes early and was nervous. The manager came out and took us outside and started the interview asking us who we are and soothing about ourselves. After he explained how the company functioned and its mottos.

What is diversity, and how does it play an important role in the business environment.
Group interview of around ten or so people, quick twenty minutes of general questions (why do you want to work there, what are your strengths/weaknesses), usually with store or assistant manager. Offer via phone call within a week.

I applied online and then I received a call back asking to come in for a group interview. The group interviews were held outside the store. There were about 6 of us in one group. We went around the circle answering questions.

Examples of when you worked with customers, why you want the job, past work experience
Questions on your passion in customer service. They will ask you about the product knowledge, brand information. Questions like how do you think you can contribute to the company. And the commitment to work during weekends and closing.
