Absolute Foods interview questions

Two rounds of interviews are generally done. One with the HR first and then with respective team managers. Later the salary negotiation happens with HR again after which final call is made.

The interviewers were kind and nice, but the process was very unstructured. It clearly showed they are not a tech/product-driven company. I traveled to the office and by the end they first made it seem like I'd cleared the interview process; only to next day conduct a last-minute interview (was informed 30 mins prior to asking to come to the office). Later I was informed over a generic email that I did not get the offer. The hiring manager was kind and nice and so was the HR head, its the process that was highly disappointing.
