1. Contacted an employee in the company to refer me
2. Recruiter called to ask which positions I wanted to apply for
3. Another recruiter called to match my resume skills to the job description
4. Hiring manager called and conducted a situational-based interview. The questions were simple i.e. Name a time you had to deal with a difficult classmate, have you ever been in a project with a tight deadline
5. Flew to DC on my own dime to have a interview with an analyst, specialist, and manager in the duration of 3 hours.

I applied through refferal, there are schedule interview and the interviewr faced internet problem and he is not serious about interview so its my luck i unable to clear interview
It was very quick, simple, and easy. There was a pre-screening phone call, then immediately the next move was a final round interview. Final round interview consisted of three parts, peer interview, skills interview, then closing interview.

First there will be Excel test if you cleared then there will be 2 managerial round and the last one will be HR Round in this About the company , salary expectations and all will discussed.
