I applied Accenture through the Accenture Adventure, applications open 1 year 4 months before the actual job starts!! So you have to look out for it. First was an online test to see if you are a fit for the company. Don't have much tips for that, just answer using common sense I guess, its not those logical tests, more like behavioral tests. Then its a telephone interview, very brief, for me only confirmed my working status in Australia and also a bit about my education. Then I had a face to face interview with a consulting at Accenture, only 1 to 1, so not as scary. This was more motivational and behavioral interview, so why Accenture and why IT consulting (which was what I was apply for). Tell us a time where....the usual questions I would say not too much of a surprise and the interview went for 1 hour. After going through all that you would then be invited to a assessment day which they call it the Accenture Adventure. It was a GREAT day for me, had heaps of fun and wasn't very stressful. It was a whole day event and you get put into groups, first got to know each other and mingling for a bit. Then in our groups we played a game, it was very interactive and got the group together, think of it as playing monopoly with team against other teams. Remember to ask your group leader (an Accenture employee) regarding tips and stuff, they would know a bit . Just be yourself I would say and don't be shy to voice out your opinions but don't be too bossy. After that we had to prepare a presentation regarding a case study. Whilst doing that, 1 on 1 interviews with managers would take place. The interview is like 20 minutes long, I don't remember much of the questions because nothing was too surprising or hard. Just went through my CV and my interest in consulting. So that was the whole day of activities and if you got through they would give you a call in about 2 weeks. Hope this helps.
