Submitted my application online, and received a notification e-mail that I would have a 30 minute phone interview with an HR rep. The phone interview consisted of a detailed review of my resume and experience. Two days following the interview, I was notified that I would not continue forward with the interview process.

Process is simple but the interviewer intentions to prove me wrong than evaluating myself. He have serious issues with understanding the interview process than the subject. For twenty minutes discussion was on single question, which eventually lose the interest on interview

It was good, the interview was thorough and asked some good questions. It started timely and the feedback was also shared the following day which kind of is a thing most companies dont do.
