30-min interview overall. Interviewer was rude, and questions were off topic and irrelevant to the application or desired position. Interviewer communicated rejection during the call and only 10 minutes past the start of conversation (which make the interview itself total waste of time). Interviewer was judgemental and negative mindset troughout all the interview. Lack of class and professionnalism. Note to Accor HR : Brand reputation and image are built also on how the interviewer treat the candidates/future employees. Could be a good practice to collect interview feedback and improve the general process.
