Experience explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Acumen Solutions (McLean, VA) in Dec 2018
Interview
Reached out to a recruiter and she scheduled an initial phone interview. After the phone interview, I got a follow-up email requesting more information and later got scheduled for an in -person interview. There were 3 interviews in person. The first one was a technical interview which I felt went pretty well. The second was a behavioral and lastly the third was a case scenario. The case scenario was interesting and thought i did well on it. I left with confidence that I fit right into the culture. They treated me with well. A day later, I received an email saying I was not the best fit for the role. This was an entry level role for a bootcamp in Salesforce. Only thing that I would recommend the recruiters is not to tell their candidates that there are plenty of roles open for all of us and therefore not to feel competitive. This creates a false sense of hope. This was very contrary as they seem to be very strict on the requirements that were needed to be considered for the bootcamp. Overall, no negatives, juts small advice.

Interview
3 Steps:
Personality Match
Professional Goals
Case Study
There were three different people interviewing for a half hour each. They hire for personality and drive and then train for the skills that they need you to have. Over all they were a great group of people and I think a very reputable company.
