Very good interview with with HR Recruiter and Technical manager and they asked some detail of C# Principles and ASP.NET and implement APIs and test it.and asked about Infrastructures to implement projects

Question 1
1. HR Interview: I explained my motivation, my abilities, and expectations and they introduced the company and what they are looking for
2. General Interview about more details of my career and my experiences. My experience as a scrum master in one company that I worked in was very interesting for them and I explained so much about that.
3. Technical Interview: Some simple questions, reviewing part of the codes sample and concentrating on scrum methodologies.

Interview
Das Interview bestand aus 2 Teilen, der erste Teil beinhaltete Fragen zu C#, was völlig normal war; Der zweite Teil war ein Codierungstest, der zu viele Details enthielt, und die verbleibende Zeit betrug ungefähr 40 Minuten und es gab keine Möglichkeit, den Test in dieser Zeit zu beenden. Die Interviewzeit betrug 90 Minuten, aber die Interviewer drängten mich, nach 105 Minuten mit der Umsetzung fortzufahren. In meiner Vorstellung war es nicht professionell, dass einem so bekannten Firmeninterview-Prozess die Zeit davonläuft! Und der Prozess war nicht fair abzuschließen. Es hat viel Druck und natürlich Stress verursacht, wenn der Coding-Test für die Zeit, die Sie haben, nicht geeignet ist.
Am Ende war das Angebot wirklich niedriger als mein Preis.
