After screening and Zoom calls, I was invited to complete a project which was about writing a PostgreSQL extension. After completing the project that I successfully built, I was given no honest feedback. The whole interview process was a waste of time. Most companies pay for the time that the applicant spends. Adjust is not in those companies.
