Interview process was fast and straight forward. Recruiter, hiring manager, case study (1 week to complete the take home and prepare a presentation), panel leadership interview, final round with SVP/member of the board.
I work in payments, so I didn't find it overly challenging. I declined the offer because the compensation was incredibly low, and the recruiter did not like that. She got very nasty on the phone when I politely declined the offer, saying I wasn't qualified anyway. It left me with a very bad impression of Adyen and the culture. If you accept an offer for this role, congrats, but you are being very underpaid.
