Interview was ok. Believe in yourself but what you feel it doesn’t match what the manager said. Experience in was toxic and it has micromanagement in it. Working culture is quiet like you don’t know when the bomb will set in.
They were really picky and just wanted someone ready to sell their soul for the job. They asked me how i felt about extended work hours and how well I cope under pressure, etc.
