The interviews were straight forward. The recruiter and hiring manager were very pleasant. Based on the conversation with the recruiter, the amount of rounds seemed to be a lot especially with the last round being four 30 min behavioral type interviews.

Everyone I met with during the interview process was incredibly warm, which made the experience much less nerve-racking. The process was in-depth: an initial meeting with a recruiter, four interviews with senior team members, and a strategic prospecting presentation. This ultimately increased my trust in the company, as it’s clear they take pride in building their team thoughtfully and with care.
