Agape Care interview questions

Received an email from ( Agape company recruiter) asking me to complete an app and give her times for an interview. I did both....and then followed up multiple times and have never heard back from her. Barring some random situation or personal issue with her, this is incredibly unprofessional and does not put a good light on the company whatsoever.
