I had the first interview with a recruiter; it was a 30-minute phone call; the recruiter was a pleasant woman with a high sense of proficiency, she had a benevolent attitude towards me, asked me about my previous experience, and provided me all the necessary information about the company and the position, she informed me about the next steps as well, I was definitely pleased with this interview, Ater that, I took two logical tests, the first one was 15-minute aptitude test, and the second one was a 90-minute logic test, Tests were comprising and compendious, based on logical thinking, I think those tests perfectly aligns with the specifications of this position. The recruiter has informed me immediately that I've passed those tests. The next step was an interview with a manager, who described the implementer's day-to-day responsibilities and informed me about the practical 4 hours long test; the interview process took 30 minutes, the manager was very informative. After the interview, I've passed the practical test, which was seemingly interesting and comprehensive; the final step was an interview with the director, who asked me about my previous experience, my motivations, and expectations and responded to my questions regarding the position; she was highly comprehensive and explained all the details perfectly. After a couple of weeks, I've received an official offer from her.
To sum up my interview experience, every step of the interview process was extremely organized and well-maintained; Tests were perfectly suited to the position.
I've got a great experience from this process.
