"Can you walk us through a challenging project you worked on, and how you handled any obstacles that came up?
I interviewed for this position yesterday and can honestly say it was the second worst interview I've had in my life. The interviewer didn't introduce herself and pretty much gave off mean-girl vibes during the interview. She pretty much only asked about my experience and didn't share anything about the role. It felt like pulling teeth when I tried to ask questions about the company and position. It was clear she was new to recruiting. Hopefully, she was just having a bad day.
