A online application, proving CV, references and sample of my work. Followed by a 2 person panel interview in the broadcast centre. Relatively informal process compared to others I have done in the past.

Interview
Hiring manager gave a really long and involved exercise but didn't provide critical guidance. Took 30 hours to complete. Never received any feedback. Totally unprofessional process from start to finish. Will never apply to this company again.

Interview
I was asked to take an online test, which was an hour long and require some editing and writing and tested my knowledge of current affairs. They then told me they'd take a phone interview. It lasted half an hour and was mostly based on my current/previous job and why I wanted to leave it. They then proceeded to ask what I thought about their website and English channel and their content. How they could improve it. Three things I like, three things I don't like, etc.
