Interview
I applied online, was emailed about a week later to take an assessment. After I passed another week later was called in for an interview. All interviews here are panel interviews. The Manager of the office was present, a rep from HR and other managers from surrounding offices. So prepare to make eye contact with everyone in the room. Entire process took about a month.

Interview
I was interviewed by 4 interviewers. It went great. They asked fairly easy questions. I have never been intereviewed by that many people before. I wonder why Alabama Power use so many interviewers. I guess it's good in a way good way. Instead of coming back for a second interview they all have their answers.

Interview panel made up of six people. Each person will ask a different question. Took about 2-3 weeks to hear back from interview. Overall decent questions with a few focusing on their policies and safety.
