I had the opportunity to meet with many members of the Align team which gave me better insight into the company and their culture. The interview process started with an energetic and easy to speak with VP of HR who told me more about the company and the role, she then sent me an online assessment (assessing personality traits and problem-solving abilities), then I was scheduled with a Sr. Project Manager who was also friendly and very knowledgeable in the HCM and WFM space. She gave me a better understanding of the day-in-the-life of a PM at Align. Lastly, I met with the director or the COO. The process took about 3-4 weeks.
