First step is Phone interviewed by the Recruiter. At first, she told me that it will just be a 2 Interview steps. However, after undergoing those 2 steps, I was interviewed by the Local HR. After my second interview, the Recruiter already send me a congratulatory message that I passed the recruitment process. However, after undergoing Local HR interview she failed me after the Recruiter sends me a congratulatory message. Take note that I didn't do my medical exams yet and sign the contract. Hence, no reason to mark me as failed. The Manager who interviewed me seems nice and she gives a calming vibes. Still their process is not advisable. It is very confusing and it is giving a false hope to the candidates. I am very disappointed and turn off with their recruitment process.
