I’m not sure how to describe the interview process I did very well also did a lot of engaging with the interviewer. He also read me what was submitted on his behalf to hr bc he didn’t make the decision. But doesn’t matter not long after I logged in & it sat interview and was not selected

Question 1
They asked about my background & asked what I knew about the company also A lot of tricky behavior questions. Like describe a time when u didn’t accept a status quote or describe a time when you had a misunderstanding with a senior employee or higher up. Tell me about a time when you feel like you failed and how did you figure out how to improve?

The interviewers were very kind and personable. Very open about the position, and what everything entails. Interview made me think, but they made the environment warm and welcoming so interviewing was a breeze!

Interview
You will be given an assesment, then a video interview will be done in this process you will be given questions and you will respond via video. If you move to the next phase you will interview via video conference with two managers . if you pass you will be contacted via email from a recruiter for next steps.
