Intensive interview process. Many situational questions. Phone screen, and then an onsite to meet about 4 people. Included an assignment on the white board. 3 of the people were nice, but the hiring manager was cold. I received feedback on my application in a timely manner.

Question 1
What would you ask someone if you were doing an interview for this position (recruiting coordinator)?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AllyO (Mountain View, CA) in Feb 2020
Interview
Saw the job position on Indeed. I was instructed to text a number and send over my resume through an automated system. Within a day later, I heard back from them to schedule a phone call. I made it to the onsite rounds. Parking can be a bit tricky but the location was easy to find. I was given a quick tour of the office and then put in a conference room where three interviewers spoke to me for half an hour each. There was a writing assignment to test my writing skills and then a short exercise. Two of the three people I spoke to were very warm and nice and the other one seemed blunt and disengaged. Questions weren't difficult. Average interview.
