One day interview process but it took a whole day and lots of waiting time. All of us who wait for our management interview spend so much time. We were told that by 7PM we will be entertained because the one who will conduct the interview took their dinner, but they resume around 10PM.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
