AlphaSense Financial Associate interview questions

The interviewer was extremely disrespectful. We had agreed to have two people come together, but only one showed up. The female interviewer had a blank expression throughout the interview and looked very aggressive. The questioning process was very stiff, and the atmosphere felt heavy and uncomfortable. I think everyone has their own strengths. If the interviewee is good at the conditions written in the JD, he or she can apply. If the interviewee's strengths are different from the interviewer's, he or she will not receive such a cold attitude from the interviewer, which seems very unprofessional. I don't know if this attitude is due to racial discrimination or other reasons, but it makes me feel uncomfortable even if I join such a group.
