4 interviews, back to back, and 45 min each. All based on leadership principles. Expect 3 levels follow up on each story. One out of 4 would be a bar raiser interview who has the veto.

Entrevista bem robusta, com processos de verificações, submissão de documentos e testes. Duração de 1h a 2h a primeira etapa. Todo o processo foi muito detalhado, com testes aplicados a situações reais. Foi uma experiência muito enriquecedora e desafiadora, onde pude testar meus conhecimentos na área.

It was a recruiter phone call. No video involved. We used amazon chime. I was asked 4 behavioural questions and some logistics questions. She was straight to the point, and probed some answers I gave.

Tell me a time someone did not understand you when you tried to communicate with them
Written assessment - based on leadership principles
Subsequent two rounds (45 min each) based on what you answered in written assessment and your prior experience
Everything is behavioral
Got an offer two days later
