Received an email from a recruiter with questions and a notification that I would receive an email to arrange a call. It took several days for them to arrange the call. Never spoke with the recruiter. The call was arranged with a communications team member, not the hiring manager for the role. When I got on the call, the interviewer immediately told me he had to reschedule for later. During the discussion, he realized that the job description did not accurately reflect the purpose of the role and clarified it for me. He paused the interview to take a personal call. That left time for me to ask only one question. The interviewer was nice but seemed a bit stressed since he mentioned it was his first day back in the office from a business trip, and he was heading out again the next day. I received a rejection within 24 hours of the call. The experience did not give me a good impression of the company's recruiting process.

Interview
The interview process is very patronizing and paternalistic. No matter the level of experience they want for the role it feels like they expect people who have never interviewed before.
