There is really no interview process, if jobs are available it’s pretty much a first come first serve you get to choose your shift out of whatever’s available and they give you an “Interview date” essentially that interview is the drug test which is a mouth swab and you go through what Amazon is about. It’s like a pre-orientation.

No interview, I applied online. I picked a start date and I had to go on site to take a pic for my badge and verify some information. It was the easiest job process I’ve had !
