The hiring manager reached out to me about a few roles at the company and invited me to interview. You'll go through a call with the manager, Sparkhire interview + Excel test/Presentation, and additional interviews (if you passed the previous rounds). If a company does Hirevue or Sparkhire interviews instead of a virtual interview, I think that tells a lot about their hiring process.. The biggest red flag was applying at this company so many times in the past and getting no response. Based on my research, the overall company tends to hire those living in the Pittsburgh area or those who have involvement in sororities and fraternities. I believe the company is good overall but falls short in many areas of the business making their competitors stand out to the younger generation.

First round video interview, unlimited time to think about answers. Second round is face-to-face through a video software that's fairly easy to use, two 30 min interviews. Took one week between first and second to hear back, took 4+ weeks to hear back from second.
