I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at American Income Life (Middletown, CT) in Sept 2012
Interview
multiple interviews, quick to interview, seem to hire anyone. not a very hard interview. seems like they could have stuck in one hour long interview instead of have 3 separate interviews to make it seem like a legit job they are trying to hire for.

Interview
Interview so far was fair, mainly a presentation about the company, in group setting, with a manager 1:1 afterwards. Overall more a discussion than an interview, with a signup to start learning for the licensing exam.
You’ll first receive an invitation to watch an introductory video. Then, you’ll be invited to a group presentation. After that, you’ll complete a one-on-one interview with a manager before getting hired.

Interview
Overview video was watched. Also answered some questions at the end. Once questions are reviewed someone will reach out (if thought to be a good fit ) for a second interview. This part could take anywhere from a few hours to 24 hours. Once on to next step an interview will be conducted via zoom.
