First round was a phone screening from HR. We just went over my resume, education history, and salary expectations.
Second "round" was a timed, in-person aptitude test. It was two parts; a critical thinking section followed by a math section.
Third round was a series of 3 interviews. The first was with who would be my boss, followed by one with their boss, and then a final one with the previous person's boss. They asked STAR questions and inquired more about by practical experience /projects.
