Interview
I did the phone interview, a small MVC project that I had to discuss with the team later presenting why I did some choices and the final Interview. I was very nervous so the last interview in video conference didn't go very well. Even the question were a bit no sense, in my opinion, for evaluating real skills of a person.

Say one time you had to convince other people that your choice was better than theirs.
The conversation went well and felt engaging. The candidate communicated ideas clearly, showed practical understanding of security concepts, and asked thoughtful questions. Overall, a positive interaction with strong potential for the role.

I met with the hiring manager. Questions were asked around Java and overall background. Followed by meeting with the devs from actual team where I was asked about my background experience as well and technical questions. I was able to asks questions by the end of each interviews.

Interview
A Phone call with the recruiter, One round with an engineer and then an onsite (Series of zoom calls) with the team. Pretty straight forward and quick process. Asked a lot of technical questions and very specific questions about past experience, project complexity.
