Interview
The process is very long. The moment you submit your CV and resume you get an email from them to do a test to see if you are a cultural fit. Then they email you another one to take a logical exam with reading, math, and an IQ test. Next you are given an interview, where you record yourself answering questions. Next you are invited to Saint Louis.
CV screening, Culture Fit online test, AI video interview, Business Case interview, Leadership assessment.
After this process, GMT Summer Internship program starts and you would also have a final interview after the internship.
